Take charge of food safety with Canada Packers as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Coordinator. This on-site role ensures compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.

Your role will involve collaboration, documentation management, and training initiatives that uphold our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ongoing compliance with food safety regulations

• Liaise with HACCP specialists for document control

• Support the FSQA team and provide necessary training

• Track and organize FSQA training programs effectively

• Prevent production of non-compliant products

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Food Safety/Science or equivalent

• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred

• Understanding of HACCP and hygiene standards

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Computer literacy with MS Office
