Brandon School Division is looking for a skilled Research and Evaluation Analyst to manage and innovate assessment, evaluation, and research programs. Candidates should hold a Master’s Degree and have 3-5 years of experience in program evaluation or related fields.
Your role will integrate data analysis to support decision-making, while ensuring that your findings drive strategic planning and enhance student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement evaluation programs for divisional operations
• Evaluate complex data to inform strategic initiatives
• Design and conduct surveys, analyzing findings
• Prepare detailed reports to outline programmatic actions
• Apply appropriate software for data analysis and pattern recognition
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years in data analysis or evaluation
• Familiarity with survey methodology and reporting
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
