As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products. You’ll be in an energetic store environment where you’ll master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food to standard recipes, including customized requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure store safety and security.
- Handle cash and operate in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Support team collaboration and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
- Consider yourself a “people person” and enjoy meeting others.
- Love working as a team and collaborating with others.
- Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
- Focus on quality and take pride in your work.
- Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe).
- Are comfortable with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety.
- Can stay calm in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean workspace.

No previous experience required. - Basic Qualifications:
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to needs with clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customize as requested.
- Able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and ask for clarification as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
