Grocery Supervisor
At our Food Centre
The successful candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Deliver Legendary customer service and guest experiencesPerform opening and closing proceduresOrdering, receiving, and handling merchandiseAssist in training, coaching and supervision of team membersAdministration duties, including creating and maintaining spreadsheets and filingAdhere to and implement Dauphin Co-op policies and proceduresOther Grocery duties as assignedQualifications:
Ability to be a leader in a multi-generational team environmentResponsible, self-motivated, with excellent time-managementExcellent communication skills and positive attitudeComputer and spreadsheet knowledgeGrocery Advance considered an assetMust be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
