In the Assistant Store Leader Trainee role, you will work closely with the Store Leader to drive customer service excellence and employee development. With a strong focus on promoting from within, you’ll help maintain a productive team environment while overseeing merchandising and marketing plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service coaching and leadership

• Assist in implementing merchandising programs

• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance

• Handle cash and promote loyalty initiatives

• Ensure product availability and presentation

Requirements:

• Retail management experience required

• High School diploma or GED is preferred

• Strong communication skills are essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Valid Driver’s License and insurance needed
