Food Store Front End Supervisor

In this supervisory role, you'll assist the Front End Manager with daily operations at the food store. Your responsibilities include promoting service excellence, cash handling, and addressing customer inquiries. You'll also manage team schedules, performance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train front-end team members
• Oversee cash handling and till balancing
• Address customer inquiries and service concerns
• Prepare schedules and support staffing levels
• Maintain front-end cleanliness and merchandising standards
Requirements:
• Grade 12 completion or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of retail or grocery experience
• Leadership experience preferred in a similar environment
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Must be available evenings and weekends
