**** What you’ll do
*** Support daily retail operations by assisting with stock counts, receiving and merchandising products, greeting walk-in customers, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service while responding to customer needs in person and over the phone.
* Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.
* Use MS Office applications effectively to support administrative and store-related tasks.
* Manage multiple priorities efficiently and contribute to general housekeeping and day-to-day retail duties as needed.
** Who we’re looking for
*** Feed knowledge and agricultural industry experience are an asset
* Self-motivated – able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Demonstrate a commitment to customer service
* Forklift experience is an asset/forklift training may be required

* Physical Requirements:

Ability to regularly bend and twist; ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift a minimum of 25 kg

*** Provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, make product recommendations, and drive sales.
* Collaborate with team members, maintain a clean and organized store, and support additional tasks as needed.
* The availability to support multi-skilled operators, supervisors/team leaders, or others.
* Ability to work full-time – 40 hours per week.
* Ability to be on-site.
