Walmart Checkout Customer Advocate

Support Walmart Canada’s self-service customers as a Self Checkout Attendant.

This role offers an opportunity to showcase your retail skills while ensuring excellent service and smooth transactions.

As a Self Checkout Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the checkout area’s cleanliness, guiding customers through transactions, and handling any technical issues that may arise. This position focuses on offering quality service and enhancing the shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the self-service area tidy and orderly

• Assist customers in using self-checkout effectively

• Promote sponsorship programs to customers

• Identify customer needs for assistance proactively

• Document any equipment issues and escalate as necessary

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Strong capability to engage with customers

• Experience with self-service systems preferred

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Great communication and teamwork skills
