The Store Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of store functionality at a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. You will ensure effective shrink management, oversee merchandising, and control expenses while also managing a dynamic team. Preparing the store for a busy seasonal peak is key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise overall store operations and staff responsibilities
• Drive sales through exceptional guest services
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage shrink levels
• Implement effective merchandising and visual displays
• Lead setup and teardown of seasonal store activities
Requirements:
• Retail management experience is mandatory
• Age requirement: 21 years or older
• Must be able to lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Availability for a flexible work schedule
• Stand/walk for long periods daily
