Parts Assistant

S.A.R. is a local Powersport dealership and is in search of a Parts Associate to help maintain the high-quality customer service our growing customer base deserves. If you are a self starter interested in being part of a fast-paced powersports dealership look no further.

• Maintaining appropriate parts inventory
• Handle orders and requests for parts or parts information efficiently via phone
• Serve retail walk-in customers in store and process payments
• Specify and identify parts needed to meet customer requirements
• Assist in Shipping/Receiving, parts put away and organization

• Effective Team member
• 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Knowledge of Power Sport industry
• Computer literate and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Sense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

• Ability to identify sequence of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly is essential
• Literacy skills and the ability to read and interpret orders, part numbers and shipping statements
• Attention to detail, listening skills and the ability to multitask
• Lifting and moving merchandise of up to 50 pounds
• The ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
