At The Home Depot in Brandon, we’re hiring a Freight Team Associate to manage overnight stocking and organization. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and store presentation.

Ideal candidates will have a knack for organization and customer service. This part-time role involves stocking merchandise, operating necessary machinery, and maintaining a clean work environment. You will follow company policies to ensure safety and help customers find what they need with open-ended questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help achieve 100% stock levels for products

• Carefully pack products and maintain displays

• Clean and organize aisles for shoppers

• Safely move freight using forklifts or reach trucks

• Collaborate with team members for effective stocking

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with operating machinery

• Excellent organizational skills

• Capability for physical duties including bending and lifting
