As a key member of the Store’s Leadership Team, you will lead initiatives that adhere to Indigo’s mission. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, motivating your team, and engaging customers through various channels. Your strategic oversight will support long-term growth and celebrate the vibrant culture of Indigo.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead collaborative efforts to foster a customer-first environment
• Manage daily operations and store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain visual presentation and ensure product knowledge across the team
• Drive health, safety, and loss prevention initiatives
• Participate actively in talent management and growth initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service experience
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on performance
• Strong decision-making and planning abilities
• Understanding of provincial health and safety standards
• Ability to lift medium to large items safely
