At our Corral Centre Retail Salon, we’re looking for a confident, people-oriented Store Manager who can multitask and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment.

• Enthusiastic about all things beauty.
• At least 5 years of experience in a salon manager role.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and team, with an unwavering understanding that the experience is everything.
• Flexible, self‑motivated, and driven with excellent people‑and communication skills.
• Superior time management skills; gets things done on time, every time and on budget.
• Knowledge of computer systems such as Point of Sales, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Gmail.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Highly responsible and 100% reliable.

• Retail operations management—analyze, maintain and improve systems and processes.
• Oversee and book guest appointments with a smile; share passion for beauty.
• Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, stock levels, and merchandising according to Chatters standards.
• Serve as resident expert on all products; oversee inventory, product ordering and pricing.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, scheduling and cost of goods management.
• Provide a welcoming environment for guests and beauty consultants.
