Join Heritage Coop as a File Maintenance Clerk in the Home Centre. This role focuses on maintaining accurate price files and enhancing customer service in a retail environment.
Heritage Coop is looking for a detail-oriented File Maintenance Clerk to manage price files and inventory records. You will play a key role in ensuring up-to-date product information and delivering outstanding customer service. Prior experience in retail or inventory management is preferred as you assist with signage and product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and verify product pricing and promotions
• Support inventory management and identify discrepancies
• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently
• Print and organize shelf labels and promotional materials
• Perform price checks and ensure sales floor accuracy
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Capable of handling occasional lifting and movement tasks
