Lead sales efforts and oversee store operations as a Sales and Operations Associate with LIDS. This position ensures efficient inventory management and compliance with retail policies.
In the role of Sales and Operations Associate, you will enhance sales while safeguarding company assets. Your duties will include store scheduling, managing inventory, and supporting the training of new associates. Consistent communication and monitoring of compliance are vital to achieving organizational goals and maintaining a successful retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales while managing loss prevention efforts
• Ensure proper inventory management and documentation
• Aid in developing efficient store schedules
• Follow operational guidelines for store opening and closing
• Facilitate staff training on compliance and procedures
Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of relevant retail experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in using computer software
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
