Become a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween and play a pivotal role in creating memorable shopping experiences. Support store errands from setup to teardown while ensuring customer satisfaction and seasonal sales.
As a Sales Associate, you will work alongside the Store Management Team. This position requires skills in merchandising, guest services, and point-of-sale operations. Engage with customers, generate sales, and maintain the store's inviting atmosphere while fulfilling essential tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in store setup, merchandising, and teardown
• Maintain Guest Services according to company standards
• Generate sales through effective communication and customer interaction
• Perform general housekeeping and inventory management
• Conduct POS operations and enforce loss prevention
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with climbing ladders and standing for long periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous retail experience is a plus
