Join Spirit Halloween as a Seasonal Sales Associate and create memorable experiences for guests.
Your role will involve engaging customers, facilitating sales, and supporting store operations throughout the season.
In this dynamic role, you will assist the Store Management Team with merchandising and store setup. Skills in customer service, lifting, and effective communication are vital for success. Engage with guests, manage inventory, and maintain store cleanliness while generating sales during this busy season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in setup, merchandising, and store teardown
• Deliver exceptional Guest Services according to company guidelines
• Drive sales through customer engagement and sign waving
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Handle POS operations and participate in loss prevention
Requirements:
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Climbing ladders and standing for extended periods required
• Excellent communication and interactive skills
• Retail experience preferred but not required
