The Home Depot is seeking a Full-Time Daytime Receiving Associate in Brandon, Manitoba. Play a crucial role in inventory accuracy by unloading freight and ensuring quality standards are met.
As part of the Receiving team, you will unload and check merchandise, enter data using store systems, and maintain a clean and organized receiving area. A successful candidate is detail-oriented and able to operate powered lift equipment. In addition, you will interact with customers, assisting with their project needs and ensuring stock levels meet demand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload and check merchandise from delivery trucks
• Maintain cleanliness in the receiving area
• Input receiving data into store systems
• Identify and document damaged merchandise
• Stock items promptly to maximize inventory accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in receiving roles
• Ability to operate forklifts and powered lift equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reading shipping documents
• Commitment to following safety procedures
