As a part of the Gardenland Co-op team, you will play a key role in daily operations at the St. Joseph Hardware Store, delivering excellent customer service while engaging in merchandising and housekeeping tasks. You should be ready to stand for extended durations and lift up to 30 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to all store customers

• Maintain product organization and presentation

• Ensure housekeeping standards are met throughout the store

• Assist customers by answering questions and providing solutions

• Engage in physical tasks including lifting when necessary
