Stock and Customer Service Associate

As a Stock and Customer Service Associate, you’ll engage with customers, help them navigate the store, and share information about our Rewards program. You will also conduct critical tasks such as merchandise recovery and stocking to ensure our shelves are full and appealing. Your efforts directly contribute to delivering our Brand Promises.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in shopping and product location
• Ensure a quick, friendly checkout experience
• Educate about the Voice of Customer survey
• Participate in merchandise unloading and stocking
• Uphold store recovery and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Physical ability to perform lifting and moving tasks
• Availability for a variety of shifts including nights
• Capability to maintain a positive demeanor under pressure
• Must be at least 16 years old
