Part-Time Stock and Service Team Member

Become a vital part of the team at Michaels in Brandon! As a part-time Stock and Customer Service Team Member, you will deliver excellent customer service while supporting store inventory needs and recovery efforts.

In this role with The Michaels Companies Inc., you're expected to engage customers, handle stock management, and ensure a smooth checkout process. You’ll play a key role in helping shoppers find products while adhering to various company policies and safety standards for an optimal shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide solutions

• Complete truck unload and stock merchandise as needed

• Promote and enroll shoppers in the Rewards program

• Support Omni channel initiatives like Ship From Store

• Maintain a well-merchandised, organized store environment

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred

• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks

• Comfortable moving through a retail environment

• Must engage respectfully with customers and teammates

• At least 16 years old
