Customer Service Clerk at Safety Chicks

Elevate your experience with Safety Chicks as a Customer Service Clerk. This part-time role offers approximately 20-25 hours per week, suitable for students.

Join Safety Chicks to deliver exceptional customer service with flexible scheduling to accommodate education. You will be responsible for operating the Point of Sale System, receiving and merchandising products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Experience in sales is a plus, but training will be provided for newcomers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently utilize the Point of Sale System

• Order and receive products for store inventory

• Create engaging merchandise displays for customers

• Accurately fulfill customer orders and requests

• Keep the store clean and organized

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs

• Hold a valid Class 5 License for driving

• Honest and trustworthy in service delivery

• Demonstrated result-oriented and problem-solving capabilities
