Enhance the retail experience at Super Thrift with Adult & Teen Challenge in Brandon, Manitoba. As a Retail Sales Clerk, you will be central to delivering exceptional customer service while furthering a critical mission.
This position is dedicated to serving customers and ensuring smooth retail operations. You will assist on the sales floor, manage inventory, and engage in checkout duties while supporting the store's purpose in helping individuals with addiction recovery.
Your role will directly impact the success of the organization's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create welcoming displays and organize products
• Interact with customers to provide service and support
• Process payments and manage cash accurately
• Assist with sorting and pricing donated items
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the retail area
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of relevant retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer applications
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance required
