Become a vital part of Pandora’s growth journey as a Sales Trainer, focusing on skills development and business performance enhancement. Engage teams through innovative training methods and support their learning transition.
In this role, you will design and deliver training for various Pandora teams, ensuring they have deep product knowledge and effective selling techniques. You’ll evaluate training effectiveness and work with leaders to foster continuous growth across store and field teams. Utilizing your facilitation skills, you'll conduct needs analyses to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging training through webinars and in-person sessions
• Conduct comprehensive training programs and assessments
• Analyze training data and communicate results to leaders
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Act as a brand ambassador promoting Pandora’s values
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven decision-making skills and independent judgment
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Bilingual in French and English
