In this pivotal role, you will leverage your agricultural background to build strong relationships with producers, helping them achieve optimal crop performance. With 3-6 years of relevant experience, your role will focus on promoting seed, fertilizer, and crop protection services through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build long-lasting relationships with farming clients

• Execute sales initiatives aligned with goals

• Promote bundled agronomy solutions and products

• Provide accurate crop scouting and timely recommendations

• Organize and support product demonstrations and tours

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Agriculture required

• 3-6 years of experience in agronomy or sales

• Excellent relationship-building abilities

• Current Class 5 Driver’s License

• Pesticide Applicator’s License or willingness to train
