This Territory Manager role is designed for passionate sales professionals with a strong background in agricultural or construction equipment. Your impact will come from identifying new opportunities and maintaining important customer relationships in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong customer connections through regular visits and proactive outreach
• Analyze customer challenges to recommend tailored equipment solutions
• Prioritize and pursue new business opportunities effectively
• Network and prospect through various channels to find new clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in sales or agriculture
• At least three years of experience in machinery sales
• Proven ability to cultivate and grow customer relationships
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and willingness to travel
