As Canada’s top manufacturer of steel building systems, BEHLEN seeks an experienced National Sales Manager to oversee Rigid Frame, Frameless, and Custom Fabrication sales. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will develop sales forecasts and collaborate closely with various departments to fuel market share expansion. Your focus will be on creating sustainable growth while delivering exceptional service across all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales programs for multiple divisions
• Develop sales forecasts and budgets collaboratively
• Implement growth strategies for market share increase
• Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee collaboration with Regional Sales Managers
Requirements:
• Technical Trade, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years senior-level management experience needed
