Enhance agricultural success as a Sales Agronomist with PRIDE Seeds in Manitoba, Canada. This role focuses on driving sales and providing agronomic support to farmers and retail partners.
PRIDE Seeds, part of GDM, is seeking a self-motivated Sales Agronomist for a one-year maternity leave contract. You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Agronomy teams to promote seed products, manage trials, and optimize profitability. This position requires strong relationship-building with growers and robust sales capabilities to foster growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize sales for PRIDE Seeds products
• Build relationships with growers and sales teams
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on promotions
• Lead extensive trial programs with plot cooperators
• Conduct product training with dealers and growers
Requirements:
• University Degree in Agriculture or Agronomy
• Minimum three years in sales agronomy
• Solid sales and account management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability in territory management
