As a vital member of the Parts Department, you’ll assist customers and technicians with their needs, manage inventory, and actively work towards achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels
• Support service team with parts-related inquiries
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments accurately
• Manage outbound shipments to customers and branches
• Work towards exceeding sales goals and reporting progress
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• Experience in parts department or customer service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet sales goals and promote products
• Willingness to lift heavy parts and travel between branches
