Schedule & Pay
Hourly Rate: $16.75 to $18.00hourSchedule:
Weekdays and Weekends – Morning, Evening and OvernightsAbility to work 10-12 hours nightshifts:A shift – 1630 – 0230hrsB shift – 2200 – 0800 hrsD shift – 0800hrs- 1630hrsStatus: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities
Patrol the site by foot and vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized accessEnforce rules, control access points, and de-escalate situations with professionalismRespond to emergencies, including intoxication, aggression, or medical incidentsProvide exceptional customer service to the publicCommunicate via two-way radio and write detailed reports on incidents and daily activityAbility to lead, plan organize, delegate and problem-solveAble to deal with high stress levelsAbility to respect and promote a culturally diverse populationCapable of walking up to 10 km a day.Ability to run short distancesWillingness to be exposed to dangerous situations aloneExceptional customer service, professionalism, and communication (both Verbal and written) skillsAbility to function effectively in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment and prioritized based on the severity of the issueWe able to work under minimal supervisionWilling to undergo a drug panel screeningRequirements
At least 19 years of ageMust have a full Class 5 MB Driver’s License or higher and a clean drivers abstractMust have one year experience of driving in CanadaMust be bondable1-2 years of security experience (static sites)MOAB Certification — or willingness to complete company-sponsored training prior to onboardingFirst Aid & CPR Level C certification (CSA-approved provider) - Training will be provided to successful candidatesComfortable with physical duties
: standing, walking, sitting for extended periods. And working in extreme weather conditionsEnglish fluency (written and spoken)High School Diploma or GEDLegally authorized to work in CanadaBenefits

Minimum 1 year experience in security

Valid Manitoba Security License
