Paladin Security is Hiring a Security Officer! About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Full‑Time Security Guard to join our team.

Schedule & Pay
Hourly Rate: $16 to 17/hour

Schedule:

Mornings, Evening, Overnights and Weekends
Status:
Full‑Time

• Patrol the site by foot or vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Enforce rules, control access points, and de‑escalate situations with professionalism.
• Respond to emergencies, including intoxication, aggression, or medical incidents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to the public.
• Communicate via two‑way radio and write detailed reports on incidents and daily activity.

• At least 19 years of age.
• First Aid & CPR Level C certification (CSA‑approved provider).
• Comfortable with physical duties: standing, walking, sitting for extended periods.
• And working in extreme weather conditions.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• MOAB Certification or willingness to complete company‑sponsored training before onboarding.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Grade 12 or GED equivalent.
• First Aid and CPR – Level C Certification.
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License.
