Event Security Guard Casual Shifts

This role is ideal for candidates wanting supplemental income through flexible scheduling. As an Event Security Guard, you will provide outstanding customer service, monitor crowds, and respond swiftly to any disturbances.

Your role will also include supporting VIPs and event staff, handling emergencies, and maintaining clear communication with your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional customer service at events

• Monitor crowds and address disturbances proactively

• Escort VIPs and performers securely

• Assist with lost children and medical emergencies

• Complete accurate incident reports as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License or willing to obtain

• Preferred First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain

• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in Canada

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in event or crowd management is a plus
