As an Event Security Officer, you'll have the chance to support crowd safety and provide excellent customer service at various events. Engage with the public while monitoring for disturbances, assisting with emergencies, and collaborating closely with event staff. A valid Manitoba Security Guard License is required, or you should be willing to obtain one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-energy environment

• Monitor crowds and act swiftly during incidents

• Provide secure escorts for VIPs and performers

• Handle lost children and medical situations effectively

• Prepare detailed incident reports when necessary

Requirements:

• Obtaining a Manitoba Security Guard License is essential

• First Aid/CPR certification preferred or willing to complete

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in Canada

• Strong verbal communication and calm under pressure

• Previous experience in event management is beneficial
