Location: Neepawa
Pursue a career as a Licensed Security Officer with Prairie Mountain Health in Manitoba. This position focuses on safety, emergency response, and crisis management.
As a Security Officer, you will maintain safety within PMH facilities, respond to security challenges, and support the needs of vulnerable populations.
Your role requires using technology effectively and demonstrating sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a protective presence in health facilities
• Respond to security incidents and manage emergencies
• Offer solutions to de-escalate aggressive encounters
• Monitor grounds and security systems for safety issues
• Collaborate with staff and law enforcement as needed
Requirements:
• Must have Grade 12 education (Manitoba Standards)
• Licensure to operate as Security Officer in Manitoba
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Class 5 Driver's Licence required
• Proven communication and organizational abilities
