Become a Full-Time Security Officer with Paladin Security at a large retail complex in Brandon, Manitoba. This role is ideal for individuals committed to safety and customer service.
Paladin Security is hiring two Security Officers for full-time positions involving 40 hours per week. The successful applicants will ensure a safe environment, conducting walking patrols and delivering excellent service to both customers and tenants. Shift start times may vary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct walking patrols throughout the retail complex
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors
• Monitor property for safety and security issues
• Enforce site policies effectively
• Prepare detailed incident reports daily
Requirements:
• Age requirement: 19 years or older
• First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service aptitude
• Able to work independently and remain alert
