We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. If you take pride in protecting people and property, we want to meet you!

Our client sites provide safe, welcoming environments for staff, visitors, and the public. As a key safety representative on site, you will play an active role in maintaining secure premises, assisting visitors, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

• Patrol the site by foot or vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Enforce site rules, manage access points, and de-escalate challenging situations professionally.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, intoxication, or aggressive behavior.
• Provide clear assistance and customer service to site visitors and the public.
• Communicate effectively via two-way radio and complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.

• Hold a valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• At least 19 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification from a CSA-approved provider.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
• Comfortable with physical requirements, including standing, walking, and sitting for long periods in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete company-sponsored Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training prior to onboarding.
