Program Coordinator in Recovery Support

Become a Program Coordinator with Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada, focusing on recovery support and mentorship. This role prioritizes student engagement and community outreach.

In this Brandon-based position, you will be integral to nurturing students within our faith-based program. This role combines mentoring with administrative duties to ensure compliance and enhance program quality. Your leadership will support both students and their families, fostering an environment of hope and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate individual mentorship sessions weekly

• Track class and mentorship data accurately

• Teach curriculum tailored to student needs

• Communicate progress and events to families

• Plan and lead gatherings fostering community support

Requirements:

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check is mandatory

• Strong communicator with organizational skills

• Relevant ministry or counseling credentials preferred

• Experience in mentoring or similar roles desired

• Valid driver’s license required
