As part of the Mentor Ability project, you'll recruit clients seeking mentorship while coordinating unique short-term opportunities tailored to individual needs.

Your role will involve matching clients with appropriate mentors, providing continuous support, and managing outreach efforts. You will also collect feedback and maintain accurate records to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and intake clients for career mentorship

• Match clients to suitable mentors seamlessly

• Coordinate logistics of mentorship activities

• Provide ongoing support to mentors and clients

• Promote awareness of disability inclusion in the community

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital media

• Experience working in mentorship programs is beneficial

• Valid driver’s license needed
