Position: Community-Focused Social Worker Role

You must hold a valid license to practice as a Social Worker in Manitoba and possess two years of healthcare experience. Knowledge of life stages, trauma, and community resources is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team will help achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' psychosocial needs for tailored support

• Implement crisis intervention techniques and strategies

• Guide clients in navigating community resources

• Advocate for clients’ rights and choices in health care

• Document clinical interactions and client plans meticulously

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Social Worker in Manitoba

• At least two years of related experience in healthcare

• Knowledge of health and psychosocial dynamics

• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities

• Manitoba Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle for service delivery
