Position: Full Time Case Worker at Life’sJourney
Become a Case Worker with Life’sJourney Inc. in Brandon, MB. This full-time position involves critical support services, engagement with participants, and collaboration within the Rural Connections program.

As a valued Case Worker, you will provide direct support to program participants, facilitate service planning, and maintain communication with the Clinical Case Manager. Your responsibilities include ensuring effective implementation of service plans and assisting in residential placements. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for maintaining positive relationships and fostering collaboration in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to program participants

• Assist in service planning and implementation

• Maintain communication with Clinical Case Managers

• Support residential placements and identify needs

• Document records and prepare reports as required

Requirements:

• Two years of outreach experience supporting community members

• Familiarity with FASD and youth wellness programs

• Experience with individuals in challenging circumstances

• Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field

• Must pass required background checks and possess a valid driver's license
