Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily program services and staff supervision
• Manage budgets, reports, and payroll transactions
• Recruit and support foster and proctor parents
• Collaborate with program managers and clinical staff
• Develop and maintain positive workplace relationships
Requirements:
• University education or equivalent experience in social services
• Three years related experience in supporting individuals with disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background checks
• First Aid Certification Level 1 – Emergency
• Knowledge of FASD and community living services
