At Koch Fertilizer Canada, we are looking for a driven individual to join our Transportation team. The Transportation Trainee will play a key role in loading products, operating essential equipment, and maintaining a safe workspace. Key Responsibilities:
• Load trucks and rail cars for effective product delivery
• Operate and monitor irrigation and farm equipment
• Support with yard maintenance and landscaping tasks
• Follow safety protocols diligently
• Assist in broad plant operations as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in machine operation within an industrial setting
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant certification
• Valid class 5 driver's license necessary
• Capability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergencies
