Class 3 Driver

You will serve as a company ambassador by frequently interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service. Since we are local, you'll be home every night.

• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers.
• Operate heavy equipment such as semi‑trucks and trailers (rollbacks or dove tails) consistent with DOT classification CDL‑B.
• Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Maintain driver logs and complete pre‑trip inspections.
• Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customers’ other needs.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

• Valid Class B CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years DOT‑regulated commercial driving experience.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and safe driving procedures.
• Diligent attention to safety.
• Position deemed Safety Sensitive for United Rentals policies and procedures.
