RFNOW Inc. is looking for an Inventory Control Worker to support our Projects Team in Virden, MB. Play a vital role in inventory management and operational logistics while enjoying a mix of outdoor and indoor work.

As part of your daily tasks, you will assist with inventory counts, oversee shipping/receiving operations, and ensure a tidy and organized work environment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and comfortable with data entry and physical tasks, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency in inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing cycle counts and reconciling stock records

• Support shipping/receiving by inspecting and processing parts

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in yard and shop

• Utilize internal software for accurate inventory management

• Lift materials as necessary according to safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required

• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills essential

• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb efficiently

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed for local deliveries

• Familiarity with inventory software is beneficial
