The Water Truck Driver position will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Water truck, hauling water to and from job sites in accordance with project needs and safety regulations.

• Safely operate a water truck to haul materials to construction sites and designated locations.
• Perform daily pre/post‑operational equipment checks and basic maintenance (greasing, fueling, checking fluids) inspections of vehicle, checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluids.
• Communicate effectively with site foremen, dispatch, and other drivers.
• Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and provincial regulations.
• Assist with other duties on‑site when required, such as general labor or equipment support.

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement.
• Active Driver's Abstract (recent copy required).
• Knowledge of Manitoba Highway Traffic Act and Hours of Service regulations.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• May require extended hours, weekends, and overtime during peak construction season.
• Physically demanding, may include lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

All other duties assigned from General Superintendent or Management.

As per signed union contract.
