Drive for Gardewine as a Class 1 City Regional Driver in Brandon, Manitoba. Enjoy a home daily run with Monday to Friday shifts while delivering freight safely.
As part of Gardewine, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of freight, both temperature-controlled and dry, to communities around Brandon. This physically demanding position requires tailgate work, hand bombing, or wheeling in freight as necessary. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete deliveries with either temperature-controlled or dry freight
• Perform freight handling, including tailgate and hand bombing
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Maintain a professional customer service mindset
• Operate manual and automatic tractors effectively
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 Driver's license with airbrake endorsement
• Proven experience with freight handling equipment
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong independent work ethic
• Safety conscious with previous delivery experience
