Redfern Farm Services is a progressive, service-oriented ag retailer currently accepting applications for Seasonal Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers (with Air Endorsement) for our Neepawa/Minnedosa and Rivers retail locations.

Qualifications:

• Valid minimum Class 3 driver?s license with Air Brake Endorsement
• Mechanically inclined, preferably with a farm background
• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
• Self-motivated with a willingness to assist in a variety of operational tasks

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Short-haul transportation of liquid fertilizer, NH3, and crop protection products
• Willingness to be trained in the safe handling and transportation of dangerous goods
• Assist with general yard maintenance, housekeeping, and organization
• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, facilities, and yard infrastructure as required
• Support the operations team with miscellaneous duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
