Seasonal Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers

Redfern Farm Services is seeking Seasonal Class 1 and Class 3 Drivers with Air Endorsement in Brandon. Join a service-oriented ag retailer and contribute to farm operations through driving and maintenance tasks.

This role requires a valid Class 3 driver’s license with Air Brake Endorsement and a flexible schedule for peak seasons. Ideal candidates will have a farm background and be self-motivated. Daily responsibilities include short-haul driving, assisting with yard maintenance, and performing minor repairs on equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport liquid fertilizer and crop protection products

• Assist with general yard maintenance and organization

• Perform minor repairs on equipment and facilities

• Support daily operations with miscellaneous tasks

• Adhere to safety policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with Air Brake Endorsement

• Mechanically inclined with a farm background

• Flexible schedule for extended hours

• Self-motivated and willing to assist

• Willingness to learn safe handling of dangerous goods
