Use your Class 5 licence and customer service skills as a Yard Attendant at Heritage Co-op’s Home Centre in Erickson, Manitoba. Support safe yard operations.
This Yard Attendant supports customers, deliveries, merchandising, and daily Home Centre operations. You will handle building materials, hardware, and merchandise while following company policies, procedures, and safety standards. The work includes customer assistance, equipment operation, inventory support, and site housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with product selection, loading, deliveries, and inquiries
- Load, unload, receive, inspect, store, and organize merchandise
- Operate forklifts and equipment safely under workplace procedures
- Deliver products accurately, safely, and professionally
- Maintain inventory displays, cleanliness, and safe storage areas
- Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
- Class 3 licence with Air Endorsement preferred
- High school completion preferred
- Forklift experience or certification considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and work outdoors
