Automotive Parts Driver & Shipper​/Receiver

Murray Chrysler Westman is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parts Driver & Shipper/Receiver to join our Parts Department team. The Parts Driver & Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the accurate receiving, inspection, storage, shipping, and inventory management of automotive parts and accessories. This role is essential in ensuring our technicians, customers, and wholesale clients receive the right parts in a timely manner while maintaining an organized and efficient parts warehouse.

• Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition of merchandise.
• Accurately process and stock inventory in designated warehouse and storage locations.
• Pick, package, and prepare parts orders for shipping, delivery, or customer pickup.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to suppliers and management.
• Process returns, warranty parts, and core returns according to manufacturer and dealership procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate material handling equipment and use dealership inventory management systems.
• Deliver automotive parts, accessories, and related products to customers and repair facilities in a safe and timely manner.
• Pick up parts and supplies from vendors and other dealerships as required.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move parts and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift certification is considered an asset but not required.
• Valid Class 5 Manitoba Driver’s License is considered an asset.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
